Chuck Pinkowski

Mr. Charles G. Pinkowski, founder of Pinkowski & Company, has more than forty five years of experience in the hospitality industry both in the field of consulting and national chain hotel development. Since creating his Memphis based company in 1987, Chuck has provided consulting assistance for his clients in 46 states. This consultation includes development planning, investment analysis, market feasibility work, chain/brand evaluations, impact analysis and litigation assignments for a variety of issues.

Clients who seek consulting assistance from Pinkowski & Company include financial institutions, hotel companies, management companies, private investors, attorneys, and real estate investment trusts. Chuck has been involved in the evaluation, planning, and development of destination resorts, convention hotels, conference centers, extended stay lodging facilities, and select service hotels.

Shortly after establishing Pinkowski & Company, Chuck was the founding chairman of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants. The ISHC is a society of professional consultants throughout the world providing a very diversified profile of expertise to the hospitality industry.

A graduate of Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Chuck has been a member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, Hospitality TN and the Metropolitan Memphis Hotel & Lodging Association. He is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Kemmons Wilson School of Hotel and Resort Management at the University of Memphis and a board member at Michigan State University and Georgia State University hotel schools. He is a frequent speaker at several major national hotel industry conferences and is on the Planning Committees for ALIS – Americas Lodging Investment Summit, held in Los Angeles each year, and the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference in Atlanta. Chuck also is the Co-Founder of the Memphis based Annual Southern Lodging Summit, founded in 2003.
