Membership Testimonials

"I was initially skeptical about how much value I would get out of the membership. That skepticism was quickly replaced by enthusiasm. The team at Hospitality TN tackle vital yet rarely addressed industry issues at the federal, state, and local levels. The membership networking events provide insights into community and business successes and struggles allowing introductions to others like me that would have never been possible. These other members bring diverse skills and valuable experiences from a variety of different areas of the hospitality industry. Membership with Hospitality TN is a tool that needs to be in every operator’s tool kit.” - Lyle Richardson, Chief Operating Officer A. Marshall Hospitality

"HospitalityTN is one of the most vital platforms & resources in the state of Tennessee! The HTN Team has provided a pathway for development, education, and innovation for businesses across the state who desire to impact their communities through hospitality. In doing so, they have helped us bring necessary visibility & tools for success to black-owned businesses throughout Nashville and all of Tennessee so that they may grow & thrive! HTN’s commitment to excellence and equitability is nothing short of inspiring, as they continue to establish a model for true advocacy.  We are proud to be connected with Sara Beth, Cassandra, and the entire team at HospitalityTN!"
- Darius McDonald, Executive Director of Operations at The Nashville Black Market

"Our membership with HospitaltyTN has been extremely beneficial when it comes to legislative updates and connecting with industry professionals and businesses across the state. Sara Beth and Wayne are always a phone call or text message away, and make it a priority to attend many Northeast TN Tourism meetings and events. “The experience with HTN has been nothing short of wonderful. Cassandra Klein has not only been a great partner, she has also helped us educate HTN members about how to license music properly and establish relationships across the membership base. The HTN team is responsive, caring and passionate about helping Tennessee businesses thrive. Hats off to Sara Beth and her entire team for making HTN such an important part of running our business in the state.” - Brian Mullaney, Chief Revenue Officer at AllTrack
